Wellness, in the true sense of the word, is being prepared to handle any type of stress- physical and mind related. The preparation is along natural and safe pathways of expression.

So being not prepared to handle stress is illness. When illness persists, disease occurs.

Truly well people are joyful, smiling, optimally active, of optimal weight, curious and in balance of mood. They are always present to any situation without imposing, alternatively they would want to contribute to make any situation better.

Wellness is attained by formation of good life habits. Our sum total of expression at any point of time in our life is a consequence of our habits. If habits were good, we are well. If not, we are ill.

When a person appears externally well and there is a silent disease (diabetes, blood pressure or cancer), then it can be said that although habits involving movement were appropriate, the thinking processes during such movement were not synchronous, as thinking processes are also habits.

Exactly. So, all conditions in the body arise out of a mismatch of internal and external movement, that is, they are all problems of expression.

There is no prescription at all.
As good habits are introduced, the patients themselves notice the change for the better, and gradually the dosages of medicines come down. 
There are no drastic measures as these are unnatural.
Changes are brought about in small steps

It depends entirely on the person’s ability to follow goals. I can say that in my experience the benefits of even small changes are exponential. And very encouraging for the patient and I.

Yes. Anyone can fix an appointment for a session “Way to Happiness” with me. The cost of this session is currently INR 800. If they like it, they can consult again. 
The rest of the journey would be through Wellness Consultations. And the charges are taken per visit and not upfront.
